Did anyone else notice the acknowledgement to Nick’s past between the victim services advisor April Martin in the episode Death and the Maiden? How she told him to keep the other card just in case because she senses Nick’s own abuse and how hostile he is towards her for it?
oh nonny how I wish I could find the two page essay I had written to my friend back when this episode first aired, of how this episode was a perfect exploration without directly acknowledging Nick's past, of Nick's past. How he was so affected by this case but unlike 2x03 he didn't let it show--I think the 2x03 case we saw more of his emotions because it so closely paralleled his own experience that he even put himself in the damn flashback which is not something you see like, ever in that show (off topic but I hope the revival brings back those classic flashbacks)
I think April was yet another in what I feel like is a pretty sizeable pile of storylines that they probably wanted to explore a bit deeper--maybe even a full on relationship between the two of them--and hell now that I think about it, there was that bit in 12x03 where Nick had that back and forth with Doc Robbins' niece about baggage and stuff and you just know it was hinting at all of Nick's baggage--but I def think she had gotten some sort of feeling from him that made him stick out from all the other CSIs, which is why she was so willing to help and even came to him when she sensed that something wasn't right with Tommy--if any other CSI had gone into that office, would they have gotten the same treatment from her? Would they have stood up to her (fairly) cruel jabs towards the CSIs who in her eyes, treated death as a joke and victims as evidence? I feel like most others would just shrug her off but here we have Nick who's like "uhm yeah no, that's not how it is" and for once he's the one challenging that almost ignorance (similar to how his ignorance was at times, challenged, i.e a little murder) and while yeah he kinda storms off cause her words hurt him (bless his heart) and pissed him off she saw that, she saw that hostility that was obviously covering something deeper within him and extended that hand, extended her heart and I think if she reappeared in the show again, Nick would have returned the favor--maybe not full on divulging his past, maybe not directly seeking the service that she offers in the professional sense but maybe would have just...let her in a bit.
I rewatched those two scenes they had to answer this ask and another notable thing to me is that Brass was the one who led Nick to April--Brass, who has been there for all of the victimizations Nick's had to experience (and I mean...just look at Stalker. Look at how he cups his hand around Nick's neck, calming him down, comforting him with a soft smile and the assurance that "it's over") and so he obviously knows who April is, what she's capable of--and how Nick might not just need a professional consultation so to speak for a case, but a personal one too? And like yeah, he's not super reckless "i'm not afraid to die" post meat jekyll yet but I think Brass has known Nick long enough to see those cracks in him and idk man, I'm sure with just...Nick being Nick, with how he survived literally being thrown out of a window, all the gun point incidents, having been stalked, blown up, being buried alive--seeing Nick surviving all of that and still coming to the job that got him in those predicaments in the first place (well ok though, Stalker may have still happened if he wasn't a CSI since Nigel met him while installing his cable but oh god...what if the team was too late? how would that lack of personal connection to Nick affected their urgency to protect him??? What if that instance is what would pull Nick into the team? The possibilities of AUs are endless here folks)
but with all of that, there must be something else that happened to him to allow him to literally rise from a grave being like "yeah I'm fine." Something worse. Something that men in particular don't seem too eager to talk about.
Brass is a detective.
He's probably seen it all between his time in New Jersey and Vegas.
He probably saw something in Nick that he's seen before in other victims.
And not only that, he knows that like April, Nick has a big heart. A big bleeding heart even though Nick denied that April did, I think it's clear that Nick sure as hell has one and while he ends up kinda hardening up as time goes on--we still get flashes of it. we still see him admit to Doc in season 13, "sometimes this job really gets to me" and he tells Nick, "worry when it doesn't."
What if Brass felt that Nick was heading towards that direction? Season Ten Nick, while again, not as reckless as Indestructible Season Eleven Nick, was def carrying his head a little too high. Sure, he was stepping into more of a leadership role and therefore had to kinda hold back some his emotions, but seeing him work this case, seeing him say "I would have killed him too," seeing him take this case so seriously and probably in a big whole denial, "this isn't the same as what happened to me." there had to be something going on and that's why he gives him to April. To not just help the victim, but help himself before becomes too hard-boiled.
Before he stops being Nicky.
And going back to April and your original ask 😅 I could def see her being able to work with Nick a lot more than any of the "therapists" that Nick seems so against, just getting bits and pieces and running with them as much as she can. Maybe encouraging him to let her see more of the CSI side to things, and letting him see the work that she does. It wouldn't be easy, of course, I could see Nick walking away when she pushes too hard, just like Catherine did, but if he got backed too far into a corner or if she caught him on a really vulnerable night, I bet he'd crack like an oyster and just tell her everything and she would be able to help him in ways that nobody else could to that point--she could help that ghost of the nine year old boy who was too scared to do anything but sit in his room, in the dark, waiting for his mom to come home. Does she encourage him to finally tell his parents about it? Does she encourage him to tell more of the people close to him? Does she encourage him to sure, keep it to himself but to not blame himself for it? To show him that he can still trust the people he's "supposed" to trust, that the work isn't as dark and heavy as he sees it on a daily basis (which, hell, maybe they could have done the post grave danger burn out storyline george talked about wanting to do in an interview once where he couldn't' even look at spaghetti without seeing blood and bodies--god let this man just be the showrunner of his own show) and GOD! we could have just had it all. It could have been such a real, genuine relationship between two people on different sides of the same coin that tips the scales of justice--connecting over victims, and how they just want to help

It’s so exhausting and pointless

My 🐁 anonie ~☺️💗 noooo omg I’m not even offended in the slightest so dw!!! Your emotions and rants really DO NOT affect my mood at all. Yk the reason I chose my occupation and major of medicine? It’s bc I always wanted to grow up to be kind and help people around me. I feel valid about myself when I can make others feel comforted and smile so I LOVE getting your messages and lifting u up!💖 and about being exhausted and feeling like giving up on life, I mean don’t even think it’s coming from someone really positive minded and full of happiness, but it’s coming from someone who comes from a place of being suicidal and hopeless in life too. There was once a point in my life where I just existed, cried myself to sleep everyday, and would indulge in self harm cause I hated myself and hated life. I didn’t want to live cause I felt like nothing good could come out of it. Back then, if someone told me that things are gonna get better one day and I’ll be really happy in the future, I would’ve never believed them. Heck, I’d feel like they’re all lying cz my life was so messed up I didn’t even believe I could wake up to a tomorrow where I could be at peace or smile even if it’s for a second. But after constant fighting and hanging on for 2-3 years, I came where I did today. Where I’m happy, smiling, ambitious again and thankful for all the bad things that I went through bc they made me stronger and brought me to where I am today. “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” That’s the truth. I’m sure you will see your rainbow soon just hang in there. By saying hanging in there I mean cry, feel sad, fall down, get tired, doubt yourself but crawl back up again with the remaining of your strength. And never feel like there’s no hope cause there will ALWAYS be hope no matter how ugly situation you’re faced with. Maybe not now, maybe not soon, but someday you will DEFINITELY be happy and look back and be grateful for enduring it all. 💓
And aww 🥺 idk if I’m a good person yet but I try to be and improve myself everyday. Baby steps towards my dream person slowly!💖 and I’m glad I can make you feel safe. There’s nth more reassuring than having someone who listens to everything you gotta say without judging you and understanding you, ik. As for what I’m gonna do today, aaah idk yet. 😩 probs gonna just lie down and eat a lot. Bc my books haven’t arrived yet and and I bought a new makeup palette a few days ago?🤣 I just wanna try it out even tho I’m not that much into makeup. I barely wear it! And IM EXCITED BC MY SKZ ALBUM IS OTW and I wanna order manifesto:day 1 enhypen albums!! I saved money for that 🥹 but the kpop store isn’t replying to my msgs yet and I’m so impatient.🥲 I love youuuu saurr much too (says it in jakey’s aussie accent) and have a great day❤️🥰 DID YOU KNOW BEBE REXHA DID A REMIX W ITZY??????!! THAT TOO OF ONE OF MY FAV SONGS OF HERS ITS GONNA BE RELEASED TMRW IM SHAKING IM SO EXCITEDD!!!😭😭😭😭I’m in a really good mood today bc my jakey is all recovered from covid! Man, I prayed for my love so so much and I couldn’t be more grateful to god that he’s healthy and active again!💗💗🤲🏻

hey jemma, would really love some tips about how you've been figuring yourself out, would love to get to that place but difficult to know where to start
ahh hi!
i should probably preface this by saying that this has been a hella long process that’s taken place over the past 2 years.
a lot of this post is gonna be me talking about my experiences bc i’m not really good at the whole second person advice thing. so i hope this is helpful in some way!! also lol sorry this got really long, i just had lots of thoughts
*tw mention of eating disorders, nothing too in depth but just like talk about anorexia and such things*
i kinda started this journey in fall of 2017 when i realized i had lost myself and was struggling severely with an eating disorder and went to see the therapist at my uni who specializes in eating disorders. she diagnosed me with anorexia which was like a major wake up call and i was like jfc who am i what am i doing to myself how did i get this way. i had lost over 20 pounds and was completely focused on how i looked and i felt so out of control of my life and my desires and ambitions that i coped with it through controlling my weight and how i looked. long story short, saw this therapist through fall of 2017 and at the beginning of december had a breakthrough, which was when i said “i don’t want to be thin, i want the things i think being thin will get me”, thus the start of my recovery began.
i then spent 8 months of 2018 studying abroad in london and traveling around europe and met the most amazing people and had some of the best experiences of my life (shout out to my girls matilde @timobeechalamet and megan @blxckisthecolor) and because i was so focused on traveling and school i didn’t really have any sense of self, which actually was quite beneficial because i was trying to recover from this traumatic thing and the distraction of travel and school were very helpful.
went back to the states in dec and graduated from uni this may. spent my last semester focused on myself and finishing my degree and spending lots of time with my friends. and here’s where i really started to work on myself.
i’ve always had lots of anxiety around school and perfection (which is why i initially started seeing a therapist 4 years ago) and it took me a lil while but i’ve realized that i don’t feel these kinds of pressures anymore because i’m out of this environment which was stifling and stressful, i’m able to be myself more. which brings us up to the present day where i now feel like i have the time and comfortable environment to enjoy myself and explore new things.
1. focus on your passions. what do you love? what do you love to do? are there classes you can take to learn more? books you can read? my big love is acting so i got a degree in it and then went to LA this summer for a month and a half to go to a film acting school and through that program learned SO much about what i want from myself as an artist. i watch lots of movies and series. find way to incorporate what you love into your daily life. take just 30 minutes for it and just focus on it. i find that keeping a tag on here of things that inspire me artistically can be really helpful bc if i’m ever feeling uninspired or stuck i can go back and look through the posts and get mentally back on track with my passion.
2. writing. i’ve been keeping a journal since i was about 15. i don’t really make diary entries in it but i love lists and making lists about concepts or themes or aesthetics. i recently made a list of all of my favorite meals this way in case i don’t know what to make, i have a basis to go back to of things i know my body loves. some nights i just come up with an idea and i take out my journal and just write and don’t edit myself. just keep the ideas going. no detail is too small. it’s just really nice to have a place with all my thoughts and ideas and feelings. writing is really cathartic for me.
3. bullet journaling. my bullet journal is separate from my other journal and in it i keep my month and mind in check. i draw out each month and write down thoughts and goals of things i want to do for the month. i have pages about the law of attraction and new things i want to try and quotes about acting and being an artist. it’s such a great way for me to customize my life in a sense and have a book of my current life and thoughts to refer to.
4. your space. i am that girl who always has clothes on her bedroom floor, and everything is typically very messy. but that shit stresses me out so much. and so in an effort to try to have more peace in my life, i’m trying to do better about it. literally yesterday i deep cleaned and redecorated half of my bedroom and put in a bookshelf from my dad’s office and put lots of plants and books on it and wow it really transformed my room. it was SUCH a simple thing that took like an hour but really changed the whole vibe of my room. your room is you lil home in ur apartment or house and it needs to be your happy, chill space where you feel comfortable. putting in effort in your room seriously changes so much about your mental attitude. i’m trying to get in the habit of making my bed each morning and it’s been v helpful!!
5. ya body. i think taking care of your body is so incredibly important in your self discovery journey because it affects how your brain works and your outlook on yourself and the greater world. bc of my ed my sense of body has been real fucked for so long (i’m talking like 10 years :))))) ). here’s how i got to a better place with it 1. lots of therapy lol. 2. reminding myself that my body is a living, breathing animal that requires food to function and movement to feel good. breaking the idea of movement (i.e. working out) away from the idea of being skinny has been hard but intensely helpful and effective in the way i view my body. i focus on movement. not working out, not burning calories. things like walking, biking, dancing, ice skating are all physical activities i really enjoy that don’t feel like working out. food is a whole other beast. i totally still struggle with food sometimes but it’s getting better. i’ve been focusing a lot on intuitive eating over the past couple months (these posts by @heavyweightheart have been so incredibly helpful in teaching me about this) and that food list i made a few days ago is also really helpful. my advice would be eat what feels good to your body and makes you have energy and feel good. stay active in your life and move in ways that also feel good. the more i take care of my body, the better my mind feels and the more in touch with myself i am.
6. back off instagram. that shit is... not great. i mean, it def has its moments (and memes) but overall i just feel like insta is a place where people post photos of their “perfect life moments” and want their friends to validate it. and then there’s all those influencers on there and so many insta stories and it’s just really overwhelming. if you really like instagram and don’t feel like it’s anxiety inducing then def keep it! but also know that it’s okay to step back from it for a lil bit. it really helped me to feel more present and not continuously compare myself to others and feel a need to post if a cool thing happened. it’s been nice to be more private and keep things for myself.
7. patience. remembering that things take time and what you want is achievable you just have to keep goings. try new things. change your approach, allow yourself to fail. learn from the failure and do better next time.
8. kindness. towards yourself and others. really putting in the effort to be kind to people in your everyday life makes SUCH a difference and really brightens their day and yours as well. putting out good vibes brings back good vibes, which then allows you to feel better about yourself and more in tune with others around you.
i’m going to stop this here bc this is so fucking long at this point lol i’m so sorry for that but i hope some of this was helpful pls let me know!!

Tumblr media
BECOME 100% DEBT FREE IN I am determined that you have the opportunity to answer all of these questions during implantation training. With completed feedback forms, people can sometimes understand a little better what this thing is. First, it is not refinancing. We will ever ask you to return to your lenders to try to renegotiate the terms of your lot. With regard to debt reduction, there are some significant disadvantages to those who can and should be avoided. This has nothing to do with debt consolidation or debt settlement, so they may have negative side effects in this strategy. Really only positive results. After all, I'm not an investment consultant, so I'll try to sell you something again. Sit back and relax. It's generally different than anything the class has ever seen before. I do not need negative side effects and I really rarely need lifestyle cuts I want to assure you that regardless of your current financial situation, we see the principles of today's discussion as being to find your standards, if your financial circumstances are great, to improve them and if the circumstances of your servicer really are not that great that it works for everyone in subway. Now, invite yourself to think about your child, because on a scale of 1 to 10, you need to know what you are afraid of yourself, the financial education you receive it from school. Of course, I can not see your facial expressions when I asked you this question, but I suspect that you are at least glancing at me with eyes, and in my experience, the applicable curriculum in school was ridiculous in terms of our daily needs. which means that I have received my education from three other sources and that you may need to make money every day knowing that you are really doomed to fail. I grew up with a family that struggled too much to teach. I rate Financial Behavior and they still have not taught me what I'm going to show you, that I had to learn this through a more than 10-year full-time search together What we will be, and that's shocking It's hard to find, to bring it to a single question. Do you think the banks and Washington and the advertisers in the matter are designing their rules and consumers for themselves? Okay, you can now officially roll your eyes, if you're logical enough to have been asked to agree, is not generally built in a favor than you're probably logical enough to accept, and I'll show you a real life example, as well You just do it. Obviously, everyone has a different life and different circumstances, but I can associate almost anyone with this story based on your work goals. I'll walk with you, which will hopefully affect your life in the same way. For three years to a month, the chronological time series of Dan and Meghan record the end of the game the way you learned it in Zeiss Summer Class Chicago Title I. People came to me with questions. Aaron reached out to introduce himself. She thanked me for the lesson and I was outside. I was not particularly happy that she was close to the NSU. I could see the emotional impact our money had when you spoke for a few minutes, but it looked like she was crying all the time and I know you would agree that money is emotional. Your money is emotional salvation and my money is emotional to me. It is very clear that it was difficult to separate emotions from our finances, despite the hope that she had felt from our class. She had created a mess that she thought they would never be able to clean up at the time they were tenants, as you can see here on the first day we met Meghan and Dan, they rented a property and to At this point in time we were the ones who first produced each of them setting their three to five key financial goals for the next five years, and this will be your first step in the right direction so you need to get together with your partner to get some gifts it is the one I will buy today's training and your completed feedback form at the end is a free copy of this cash flow cruncher table. Now we originally sold it for $ 250. I'll use today's spreadsheet sample to get to know you better. It's more convenient to review the list of countries where cash flow should start. Cash flow is defined as the difference between what you burn and what you spell. Write down that cash love is equal to mon The averages you think about your cash flow are seldom the right amount, and the reason for this is that spending or fluctuation on certain items here regularly increases and the wife becomes obvious all the time very strange way of throwing balls at us and not doing this Mention, if you are self-employed, your income was self-reliant and Megan had an inaccurate game plan in World War II. If you're self-employed, create a cash flow cartridge and save when you get your cash flow crunch table. Create one for your business and your professional cash flow. As you can see, the second part is to check the FICO credit scores. Credit scores are used by the banks to determine if they are likely to be credit scores created by Fair Eyes I. I was fortunate enough to study with John Ulzheimer, who helped create the original FICO credit rating. Scores has participated. So, we've spent almost a few men's secrets to maximize both personal and business credit ays discussion, after you've earned some of your cash flows and your FICO points, starts at the same time as you reach steps 1 through 3.
Tumblr media
Understanding Your Credit Score | An Easy Go-to Guide | Mariner Finance Raise your credits and start licking the plug in your trash. He'll talk about the things you like to do, we'll show you a way to preserve your lifestyle, but spend less on it single box the next step in this process is identifying most def leppard people who already have some but do not know how to use it properly why you are always looking for new things from day 120 and the rest of your life Adequate, what should I get for weapons? You go into battle and begin to accelerate the attack of your non-mortgage debts on new suitable weapons. By the end of the day, what weapons do you have, go into battle and start accelerating the attack of your weapons non-mortgage debt and we will discuss a very effective way to do so within three years. We've been able to eliminate all mortgage-related deaths without the pitfalls of debt settlement or debt consolidation and when you see their debt burden. It'll surprise you that you've never looked for more debt weapons. Therefore, this part of the plan generally also includes access to the building, or as you can see here, finally, just three years after we got to know all the believers when we increased their cash flow from a dangerous average of only $ 390 a month for J30, up to over $ 2,000 a month for exactly the same income at the time they bought their first house together, they designed eight and a half. Sometimes people wonder how we get paid for having VIP generate revenue by offering people who qualify for and maintain personal coaching membership. Fortunately, it is not suitable for everyone and it is also guaranteed, so we need to know exactly who we are allowed to participate. However, as we reject this example, we would like you to decide whether the investment that Dan and Megan made was a good decision for them now it is important to see here that the first six steps are all within the first four It will take you six months to get up to seven, or I'll just become part of your everyday life that you want to imagine for a long time. Put yourself in the position to own your own home without having a board. Experts believe that it is best to leave your mortgage unauthorized. Therefore, I would like to respond to this argument after showing you a mortgage-free copy. Let's take a look at it The roadmap of Dan and Meghan and we will do this in a really fun and first engineer. This three-year grave with the chronological timeline starts with n first and then goes back 320 steps and brings a great score for this part of today's training g is tailor-made for you if you have a consumer debt or less than perfect credits. These are ossicles that we need to overcome with you so that you can achieve them Read the full article

Inside and Out: The Significance of Social Context as Observed in the Labor Trials
by: Rika
Throughout the course of the first semester in my second year of studying in Ateneo, I have been involved in a labor trials experience. My experience (among the other students in my class who went through the same thing) had me working as a jeep barker with my partner and friend Isabelle Paulo (nicknamed Belay). Upon entering college, the only thoughts occupying my mind were academics and how I would go through each year in relation to my performance in the subjects that I would take up. Initially, I did not think about being more aware of my social responsibility, nor did I think that I would study the sense of self in a classroom.
The word college definitely brings up the idea of identity formation in my mind, but I believed that I would undergo this process through experience alone. What I did not foresee was how much having readings about this concept would really concretize my sense of self within a social context. However, true to what I thought, I did learn about the self through experience, which in this case would be my labor trials.
On the first day of the labor trials, when Belay and I arrived at our station, we were already seeing the jeep terminal’s system at work. Jeeps would line up, while barkers would collect money and announce the amount of space left inside, and what each jeep’s route was. Before that experience, I had only witnessed those interactions from a complete outsider’s point of view, and so knowing that I would soon be a part of that system felt overwhelming. This realization of mine, I find, falls in line with a text written by Dan P. McAdams, titled Self and Identity. In this text, McAdams mentions Shakespeare under the topic of ‘The Social Actor.’ He brings up his famous quote which is “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” Witnessing the jeep’s system before I went through the labor trials, I definitely can see how it all seemed like a stage or performance that I was watching. Under the topic of ‘The Motivated Agent,’ McAdams states that “when we observe others we only see how they act but are never able to access the entirety of their internal experience” which definitely applies to my perspective before my experience as a jeep barker. And, again, actually being part of it is a different story entirely.
There was no ‘training’ of sorts when we were briefed on our tasks. All we had to do, they said, was to collect the money of the passengers and hand them their change. It seemed simple enough, but upon actually doing the tasks I thought to myself that it was easier said than done. One of my biggest apprehensions regarding the labor trials was that I’m not very skilled at speaking Filipino. I can understand simple sentences, yes, but forming my own has always been a challenge and requires time for my brain to work. Since the system was quite fast paced, I felt like I didn’t even have time to listen to my own thoughts as my mind was full of the task at hand; figuring out how many people would ride at once, accepting their payment and calculating their change, all while trying to observe the culture present at the terminal among the people working there.
Once I got the hang of the whole thing, while it was still busy and there was barely enough time to focus on anything else, I was able to scratch the surface of the culture within the station. While Belay and I did learn some things about the people by listening to them speak to us individually, we also learned about them based on their interactions with one another. Joanna Pfaff-Czarnecka’s text titled Multiple belonging and the challenges to biographic navigation discusses the concept of belonging and its three dimensions. Pfaff-Czarnecka writes that “belonging is a combination of individually acquired, interpersonally negotiated and structurally affected knowledge and life-experience.” The text also introduces a German term, ‘Zusammengehörigkeit’ which means ‘togetherness.’ This brings me to a reading written by Albert Alejo, titled Ang Loob Ng Tao. In this reading he focuses on ‘loob’ (literally meaning inside, or in this context, one’s internal sense of self) in relation to ‘kapwa’, which is the Filipino language’s counterpart of ‘togetherness.’ He frames both loob and kapwa by suggesting that they go hand in hand and that one cannot go without the other. Without loob, there is no kapwa, and the same can be said for the other way around. Alejo’s perspective on the loob and kapwa can be connected to Pfaff-Czarnecka’s discussion about ‘belonging’ and the observation of McAdams that social context is necessary in the development of one’s sense of the “Me.”
In the midst of the labor trials, I observed several things that helped me paint an image of the collective identity that the people had as they worked. I saw not only their hardships and efforts in approaching their work, but also their pride and good-natured dispositions and attitudes towards their own situation. “Ang hirap, noh?” (“It’s hard, isn’t it?”) they would say to me and Belay, but they didn’t say anything more beyond that. They didn’t complain about the heat, or how their legs ached, or how their shifts were so long and that they hardly had breaks. They were completely in tune with their duties and roles, and worked well with one another within the system. This idea I got of their identity only exists because of the social context and community that they had established.
Belay and I not being used to the heat and standing for hours also stems from our own social contexts. Because we were born in a situation where we don’t have to work as jeep barkers for a living, we have our identities not only as daughters and friends, but also as students. We recognize our privilege, and becoming social actors in their social context was humbling. We would not have this sense of ourselves without the ‘togetherness’ we have with the people we encounter on a daily basis, just as the people working at the jeep terminal would not have theirs without their community. There is no loob without kapwa, and no kapwa without loob.
Belonging forges “a strong and binding sense of naturalness, bearing upon co-fellows – that is obvious to the insiders and that keeps the outsiders at bay” (Pfaff-Czarnecka). At first, I definitely felt like an outsider, which kept me from looking deeper into their culture. However, I faced the labor trials not as an outsider, but as a fellow human being. I formed my own sense of self along with a ‘togetherness’ with them, and this experience that I had will continue to guide me in my future endeavors.

With completed feedback forms, people can sometimes understand a little better what this thing is. First, it is not refinancing. We will ever ask you to return to your lenders to try to renegotiate the terms of your lot. With regard to debt reduction, there are some significant disadvantages to those who can and should be avoided.
